Sole Restaurant

Sole Restaurant is a casual seafood restaurant, serving ocean to plate dining in the town of Seaside, Marcoola on the Sunshine Coast. Established by the successful cafe owners of well loved Velo Project cafe in Mooloolaba, Sarah and David opened Sole Restaurant as their second hospitality venture on the Sunshine Coast, continuing to serve the local community good, honest food.

Smith Madden Creative Agency were approached to establish the brand identity of Sole Restaurant. The agency designed brand colour pallets and guidelines, as well as hand illustrating a unique logo to reflect their main inspiration - the sole fish. Other design aspects included email signatures, business cards, restaurant signage, menu design, apron design and social media templates.

As a part of their launch campaign, a digital marketing strategy was devised for the restaurant. This focusing on providing social media insights and tips to establish an engaged and loyal audience, as well as designing and managing social media ads (Facebook + Instagram) focused prospecting and re-marketing. The ads campaigns were highly successful leading to a higher and more engaged follower audience, increased bookings and repeat business for the restaurant.
